LOADME · TRANSPORT COSTS AND PAYMENT TRACKING

Keep a clear record of shipment costs and payments

Record shipment charges and payments made to drivers so teams can follow the supporting details.

Illustrative workflow. People handle the money. Loadme records the amount, date, reason and shipment reference where applicable.

  1. Management gives cash to an authorised custody holder.
  2. The holder records either a driver shipment payment or a toll or small expense.
  3. Both uses feed the transaction record: amount, date, reason and shipment reference where applicable.

Record the shipment charges

Add the reason and amount for the relevant charge in the supported shipment workflow. Keep supporting details close to the shipment for later review.

Follow payments already made

The payment guide documents payment details, dates, voucher references and the user recording the payment. Loadme records payments; it does not execute bank transfers.

Connect costs to custody and reporting

Where custody is enabled, select the relevant custody record for the recorded payment. Any transfer to an accounting system depends on a separately configured integration.

Practical questions

Does Loadme send the payment?

No. This workflow records payments made by people.

Can the payment reference a custody?

The documented payment guide includes custody selection where the feature is enabled.

Is accounting integration included?

The data transfer and accounting system must be separately scoped and configured.
